We proudly offer a **30-Day Money-Back Guarantee** on all eligible new hosting service purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees within the first 30 days of your initial purchase date.

The Money-Back Guarantee applies to the following hosting plans:

• Shared Hosting Plans
• Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting Plans
• Reseller Hosting Plans

The following services and fees are **not eligible** for refund under the MBG:

• Domain Registration, Renewal, or Transfer Fees: Once a domain is registered, the fee is non-refundable.
• Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, CloudLinux).
• SSL Certificates.
• Setup or administrative fees.
• Dedicated Server Plans.
• Overages or unused bandwidth fees.

To initiate a refund request, you must:

1. Submit a **cancellation request** via your Hosterlo client area.
2. Ensure your request is made within the **30-day window** of the original purchase date.
3. Once cancellation is complete and verified against the MBG terms, we will process the eligible refund amount.

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. Please allow **7-10 business days** for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
